We have mostly survived our first week back to school!! Ha!! It’s always a little hectic when getting back into the swing of things. So thankful for a schedule though to keep us on track and get everything accomplished!

Our featured post this week belongs to Gluten Free A-Z and her post Carrot Apple Muffins- Gluten Free and Vegan. I always love coming across new gluten free recipes to try and this combo sounds wonderful! I have all these apples from apple picking last weekend so looking forward to giving this a try!
