This has been such a crazy week. We are supposed to start school next week and I totally don’t feel ready. I still have a schedule to put together and waiting to get the rest of our curriculum in that I ordered. So…we may not make it by Monday but we will do our best! We went apple picking last weekend so I thought I would share a few of my favorite apple recipes. I love starting September out with Apples!

The homeschooling mom in me thinks this sounds like such a fun idea to do with the kids! Not only is this a great lesson on solar power it also ends with a yummy treat. We started homeschooling and then one of the kids got sick so…we just started back up this week. Went okay I think for our first week. (thanks for hosting the link up!)
