Our top viewed post from last week belongs to Carol at Comfort Spring Station and her post Easy Mango Salsa for Cinco de Mayo.  I love mango salsa and this one sounds amazing!  Perfect for Cinco de Mayo coming up.  I love how at the start of her post she tells why Cinco de Mayo is celebrated.  I know I love eating Mexican Food on Cinco de Mayo but never knew why that day was remembered every year.  Click on over and check it out!
