Last Sunday we went strawberry picking and I have made my fresh strawberry pie twice this week!! Because I am on a restricted diet and can’t have gluten, dairy, or even regular gluten free flour right now, I came up with a crust that is AIP friendly! I will share my AIP version of the fresh strawberry pie this week!

Fresh strawberry pies are one of my favorite things about the spring! I’m glad you found a recipe that you can enjoy.
