So my cell phone has been broken since Sunday!!  It has been so crazy not having a phone for that long….my land line has not seen this much use in one week since maybe 2009!!  I had a replacement sent on Tuesday but that didn’t work either.  Another new one should be arriving tomorrow. I have also had two surgeries on my ear in one week.  🙁  Needless to say its been a crazy hectic…painful (ear) week.

Somehow I still managed to post a recipe.  Probably because I spent less time on Instagram! Ha!  I would love for you to check out my recipe for Chicken Lettuce Tacos With Mango Kiwi Salsa!  They are a great, healthy, summer meal!
