I don’t know about you all but Fresh Strawberry Pie sounds pretty good for Memorial Day weekend!  

Here is my favorite pie crust, all buttery and flakey, to go with it!

Our featured post from last week belongs to Judee from Gluten Free A-Z Blog and her post Caprise Salad Kabobs with Pesto Sauce.  I love this Kabob idea and it is perfect for a big group at a BBQ or party.  Sounds so good with the pesto sauce too!  She also has a great dairy free idea as well so head on over to check out her post!
