I realize I have not shared any new house pictures yet because nothing has been fully completed! Meaning I am either still working on the decorating, or we have stuff we want to change or fix in the room. This is definitely going to be a slow process with a never ending list I am sure! I will do my best to keep you updated as we start to finish some more rooms.
A few weeks ago I did start working on getting my little entryway table and area set up. I knew I wanted to incorporate a family picture in the mix so I was excited when I was contacted by the Canvas Factory to review a free 16″ x 20″ canvas print! Yea perfect timing! I had fun visiting their site and trying out a few picture options. They also have collections of images to use as well if you don’t want to use your own. I ended up choosing the family picture that I used in my Christmas card last year. The colors went perfectly with what I had going on in my entryway! Choosing the size of my canvas, uploading my picture image, and adjusting my picture image was very easy at the Canvas Factory. Then you get to choose a wrap style for your canvas with a choice of Gallery Wrap (image continues around the edge of the frame), Mirror Image (your image mirrors onto the sides of the canvas), or Colored Wrap (your canvas print will have colored sides also displaying the full image on the front of the canvas). I chose the Gallery Wrap for mine. I was so excited when my canvas arrived! It came nicely packaged all secure and ready to hang! And an even bigger bonus is that it has one hanger in the middle so you don’t have to try to hang it up with two hangers that you have to measure the distance and level. My husband and I always appreciate that! 😉 I love how my little entryway all came together and how light and bright it looks with all the fun colors! Here is a more close up of the canvas. Here is a better side view of how the gallery wrap looks. I am now thrilled to be able to offer a FREE 16 x 20 inch/40x50cm canvas print to one of you! Stretched and ready to hang, you just have to choose the print. Upload your own photo or choose one of theirs. If you have a picture you have been wanting to put on the wall this is the perfect way to display it! This giveaway is limited to United States and Canada residents only. If you live in the US the prize is a 16″ x 20″ canvas. You can check out your options at http://www.canvasfactory.com/. If you reside in Canada, the prize is 40×50 cm canvas, and the website is http://www.canvasfactory.com/ca. A canvas print would make the perfect Mother’s Day or Father’s Day gift! They currently have a 65% site-wide sale going on so even if you don’t win you can still get a great deal! I would love for you to join my giveaway by entering below! The contest is open for U. S. and Canadian residents from 11:00pm April 23, 2018 until Sunday 4/29/2018 at 12:00am Arizona time.

I have a question. I heard that you should never use water with acrylics on canvas. Because the colors let go of the canvas after a while. But I see a lot of artists use water. What is correct? Amazing paintings btw 😍 Love Mia
