Peanut Butter Cookies

May 4, 2017 by Jen 10 Comments

Nothing is better than some warm, soft peanut butter cookies and a glass of milk!  With my last pregnancy I craved peanut butter cookies all the time and these definitely fit the bill!  I had not made these in awhile but the other day they sounded good so I thought I would make up a batch.  I hope you enjoy them as much as we do here!

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.  In your mixer cream your butter then add in the peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla and mix well.  In a separate bowl whisk together your flour, baking soda, and salt.  Add your dry ingredients to the peanut butter/sugar mixture and mix well.  Spray your cookie sheets with cooking spray.  Roll your cookie dough into 1 1/2 inch – 2 inch balls and space out evenly on your cookie sheet, (the size depends on how big or small you like your cookies).  Take your fork and flatten the cookies using a criss-cross pattern.

Bake for about 12-14 minutes.  Just watch them because your time may vary depending on the size of your cookies.  Serve warm with a glass of milk!

I would love if you would join my Friday link-up party!
