Breakfast Tacos
- Several pancakes 4-5 inches in diameter
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Powdered sugar
- Pancake syrup
- Cook up as many pancakes that you need for the size of your group.
- Wash your fruit and cut up the strawberries into small chunks. Place the fruit in bowls.
- Assemble your taco by lining the fruit down the middle of the pancake. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
- Fold the pancake over like a taco and dip in a small ramekin filled with pancake syrup.
You can use any favorite summer fruit!
