Apple Dump Cake

This is the perfect dessert to serve in Fall!
Ingredients
  • 4 cups apples (peeled, cored and sliced)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅔ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup water
  • butter for greasing the pan
  • Vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce for serving
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees
  2. Peel, core, and slice 4 cups of apples
  3. In a large bowl whisk up your eggs.
  4. Then dump in your flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, oil, water, and apples.
  5. Mix it all together.
  6. Butter a 9x13 baking dish and then pour in your batter.
  7. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 45-50 minutes. Check the center to make sure it is not gooey and add more time if needed.
  8. Server warm with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce!
