I was away at a Conference since last week and the wifi was practically non-existent.

I love the outfit. Especially the idea of a half tank top – I honestly haven’t ever heard of that before, but will have to check it out. I love the leggings under the dress idea, and also that you chose black and not a cream or white. You are looking so stylish.

I like to wear leggings under shorter dresses – I have cut up some before to make them shorter if I thought a dress was too short but it wouldn’t look right with longer leggings. I still felt “covered up just in case” lol But yours looks gorgeous.
